    Quality and Curriculum Manager   Role Description   The purpose of the Quality Manager is to lead on the maintenance and development of the continuous quality improvement and curriculum in their designated specialist area. The role will hold the responsibility as a Lead IQA or Curriculum Lead, and will have responsibility of ensuring that the quality assurance processes and curriculum meet the requirements of our learners, employers, ESFA, Ofsted, Awarding Organisations and End Point Assessment Organisations.   Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): To monitor, achieve and manage against the KPIs of the business To effectively lead your team of Quality Assurance and Curriculum staff to meet KPIs Use data effectively to monitor the timely completion and allocation of starts, reviews, qualifications, gateway/completions, and withdrawals. Plan and support your team to deliver apprenticeships in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures Ensuring standards and other related requirements of Awarding Organisations, EPAOs and external agencies are met and exceeded. Facilitate standardisation activities to support the continuous improvement of qualification and delivery of apprenticeship standards. Our team is now looking for a Trainee / Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support some of our biggest clients in the region. You will be filling roles in the Construction market and you will be expected to work at an extremely fast pace on roles. In order to be successful in the role you will have a positive, can do attitude and be ambitious to grow your mind-set. The expectations for this role: Offer the best experience possible for all candidates working with Randstad's clients Meeting with candidates multiple times per week to build new and lasting relationships Achieving targets if not, exceeding them Accurately manage our payment systems to ensure candidates are paid on time Be confident and able in compliance.
