Pay band: hourly rate £13.53 (salary £26,136)
Hours: 37 per week / Flexi-time core working time of 10-12 and 2-4

ROLE PURPOSE: primarily diary/calendar management and email inbox monitoring and management to include dealing appropriately and promptly with correspondence and follow up for the senior leadership team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PA is responsible for providing an administrative support service to the full Senior Leadership Team comprising the Comptroller and Auditor General, Chief Operating Officer and 6 Directors.
The principal duties and responsibilities will include
Managing Diaries and arranging meetings;
Dealing with telephone calls, emails and correspondence promptly including appropriate follow up and redirection;
Providing administrative support to the Comptroller and Auditor General , Chief Operating Officer and 6 Directors as may be required including drafting response to correspondence and data collation
Taking minutes at various meetings;
Supporting events and meetings with setup arrangement and hospitality as required;
Full word processing, spreadsheet and database service;
Photocopying;
Providing hospitability as appropriate
Maintaining and updating knowledge by identification of own training and development needs, updating skills and attending relevant training courses as agreed with manager.

Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include English Language;
- At least one year's experience of personal assistant/executive assistant duties supporting senior management, gained within the last 5 years.
