The Role: Primary Supply Teacher
We are building a bank of reliable, enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to cover both short-term daily needs and planned longer-term absences (e.g., training, illness, or maternity cover) across our schools. This role offers maximum flexibility and a chance to gain experience across different year groups (EYFS to KS2) without the full-time planning and assessment burdens. You will be instrumental in ensuring pupils receive uninterrupted, high-quality instruction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively and enthusiastically across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage pupil behavior according to the school's policy.
- Adhere to the school's safeguarding policies and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- Provide clear feedback to the class teacher or phase leader upon completion of the assignment regarding work covered and any pupil issues.
- Mark work completed during the day where appropriate and leave the classroom tidy and prepared for the next day.
- Supervise pupils during non-contact time, such as lunch and break duties, when required.
- Establish immediate rapport with pupils and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching across the primary age range (desirable but not essential for exceptional candidates).
- Excellent adaptability and resilience to quickly settle into new classes and follow various plans.
- Reliability and professionalism, with a commitment to fulfilling agreed assignments.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to command respect swiftly.
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel between our various school sites.
- The ability to think on your feet and respond positively to unexpected changes.
