Responsibilities with this role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
- Follow the school's policies and planning when required or use your own resources confidently.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school to create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and build rapport with pupils and staff.
- Mark work and provide feedback where appropriate (especially for longer-term placements).
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all pupils.
We're looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Strong behaviour management and adaptable teaching style.
- Reliable, punctual, and confident in working across a variety of schools.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
