Strategic Location: Perfectly situated for commuters, we are just minutes from the M25 and A13, with easy access from South Ockendon, Grays, and Chafford Hundred.
Your Role as a Classroom Lead
In this role, you are the heart of a vibrant, diverse classroom family, responsible for maintaining high academic expectations while nurturing every child's unique potential.
Excellence in Delivery: Execute high-quality lessons that align with our knowledge-rich curriculum, ensuring every child makes measurable progress.
Values-Driven Environment: Foster our core values of Manners, Perseverance, and Responsibility, creating a safe and focused atmosphere where children feel motivated to take risks.
Collaborative Practice: Work seamlessly with a large team of TAs and fellow teachers, benefiting from the collective wisdom of one of the UK's most successful school groups.
Community Connection: Build strong, transparent relationships with the families of South Ockendon and West Thurrock, supporting the holistic journey of every pupil.
