A fantastic junior school in Watford are working with Randstad to find an enthusiastic and motivated member of staff to begin their teaching journey from September 2024. This role has the opportunity to begin in July, meaning you will be paid over the summer holidays too!
This dynamic school is a two-form entry school in North Watford, with great transport links to surrounding areas. This role allows you the opportunity to complete your ECT years with a supportive and friendly team, who emphasise the well-being of both students and staff. The school boasts fantastic facilities, both indoor and out, and hold a strong focus on ensuring children's education experiences thrive through creating engaging activities and memorable experiences for them to learn through. This role is for a primary junior teacher, and year group will be decided upon successful interview to suit your experience and skills.
You will also be matched with a supportive ECT mentor who will allow you opportunities to grow and develop as a teacher, and provided much needed guidance and support during your ECT journey. You will be provided with statutory PPA time, as well as other release time given to early career teachers.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of obtaining it
