The Role
In Bradford's vibrant and diverse classrooms, adaptability is key. You will be:
Supporting the Teacher: Helping to set up lessons and manage resources to keep the classroom running smoothly.
Inclusive Learning: Working with children who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them build confidence and vocabulary.
Behaviour Support: Using positive reinforcement to manage low-level disruption and keep children focused on learning.
Small Groups: Leading interventions in Phonics, Reading, or Maths to help close the attainment gap.

Requirements
Experience: You must have recent experience working with children (e.g., in Schools, Nurseries, Youth Clubs, or Sports Coaching).

Attitude: Proactive, resilient, and ready to get stuck in.
