Roles and Responsibilities
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our classroom team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Student Learning: Work with individual students and small groups to help them with reading, writing, and math, under the guidance of the class Teacher.
- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and organized learning environment, preparing materials and assisting with daily routines.
- Student Well-being: Provide a supportive presence, ensuring children feel safe, happy, and confident at school.
- Administrative Support: Assist with tasks like displaying student work, tidying up, and preparing resources for lessons.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to support the overall educational and developmental needs of all students.
