Roles and Responsibilities

• Supporting Classroom Activities: Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery, preparing materials, and managing classroom organization.
• Providing Student Support: Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning, help with reading, writing, and math, and provide encouragement.
• Nurturing a Positive Environment: Helping to maintain a calm and positive atmosphere, managing student behavior effectively, and ensuring every child feels included and valued.
• Administrative Tasks: Assisting with display boards, photocopying, and other general classroom duties.
