About The Role :
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the classroom, working alongside the teacher to create a fun, supportive, and engaging learning environment. This isn't just a support role; it's about being a positive role model, a mentor, and a guide for our students. You'll help them with their reading and writing, cheer them on as they solve math problems, and encourage their curiosity about the world around them. Roles and Responsibilities
- Support student learning by assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one help, and working with small groups of pupils.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and help to set up the classroom for various lessons and activities.
- Encourage and promote positive behavior by helping to manage the classroom and supporting students with their social and emotional development.
- Work with the teacher to implement lesson plans and provide feedback on student progress and challenges.
- Help with administrative tasks such as photocopying, preparing displays, and organizing resources.
- Supervise students during break times and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Liaise with parents and other staff members as needed to ensure a collaborative approach to a child's education.

- A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in a school setting, is a plus but not essential.
