Roles and Responsibilities

• Support student learning by assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one help, and working with small groups of pupils.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and help to set up the classroom for various lessons and activities.
• Encourage and promote positive behavior by helping to manage the classroom and supporting students with their social and emotional development.
• Work with the teacher to implement lesson plans and provide feedback on student progress and challenges.
• Help with administrative tasks such as photocopying, preparing displays, and organizing resources.
• Supervise students during break times and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Liaise with parents and other staff members as needed to ensure a collaborative approach to a child's education.
