What You'll Do:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.
Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
