Key Responsibilities
End-of-Line Packaging: Oversee the final preparation of finished goods, including manual shrink-wrapping of pallets and ensuring all loads are securely fastened for transport.
Labelling & Identification: Use onsite printing systems to generate product labels, ensuring they are accurately applied to the correct batches and meeting all quality specifications.
Materials Replenishment: Proactively monitor stock levels at each machine station; supplying operators with raw materials (packaging, adhesives, or components) before they run out.
Waste & Environment Management: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping by removing packaging waste, breaking down materials for recycling, and ensuring the floor remains clear of hazards.
Quality Assurance Support: Perform visual inspections of finished pallets to verify that labelling and packaging meet our dispatch standards.
Operational Flexibility
As this is a versatile support role, the successful candidate will also handle a range of ad-hoc operational tasks to meet daily business needs. These may include:
Assisting the warehouse team with urgent inventory movements or stock counts.
Providing an extra pair of hands for site deep-cleaning or basic facility maintenance.

Attention to Detail: Precision is vital when printing and applying labels to ensure traceability and customer satisfaction.
