Randstad C&P are recruting on behalf of a dynamic and innovative construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality fit-out projects in the Berkshire region! With a strong in London and the South, the contractor take pride in transforming spaces to exceed client expectations. Following various successful bids, the contractor are looking to expand, and seeking a Project Manager who has ran similar, complex and high-end fit out projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of fit-out projects, from initiation to completion.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fit Out Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
