The project will help double the road capacity between these two counties and will consist of 23km of new road! The candidate will help successfully tender for two out of the three sections. Section one and two will consists of 22km of new road, over 30 structures including green bridges and viaducts, junctions and 60km of path and new parks and woodland. This is set to cost approximately £1.9bn! The position is a short term freelance contract with the option to work on a hybrid basis. The individual can work a minimum of two days in the office and the rest working from home.
