        Quantity Surveyor required by privately owned developer based in Kent . Quality built units in sought after locations in Kent. £50 - £60k per anum plus package. Our client is a well established developer know for building quality houses across Kent and South London. Usually small to medium sized in number of units, but no expense spared on delivering quality finish and build using excellent materials and suppliers. Due to continued success and workload, our client is looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to join the established Commercial team and working together with various in house teams including design, build, technical etc.This is a bit of a hybrid role in that the Surveyor appointed will get involved from very early stages.
