WHAT YOU'LL DOBCG Operations Services provides enterprise scale services to all BCG offices, functions, and alternative businesses. Our services fall within five areas:Meeting Services: Provides full-service and self-service event planning support for BCG meetings and events of all sizes, from the WWOM to local office outingsGlobal Real Estate: Supports location sourcing and design for all BCG businesses; plus leads the firms’ research & exploration into new workplace designTravel: Manages our strategic relationships with all large travel vendors; provides operational infrastructure and support for all BCG employee travel activitySafety & Security: Establishes BCG’s policies and procedures regarding workplace and event safety, as well as overseeing all workplace crisis managementSustainability: leads BCG environmental sustainability initiatives, including Net Zero programBCG is investing to grow the Operations Services (OS) team to ensure high-ROI and high-quality services are provided in these areas across all BCG businesses. This is requiring expansion and, in some cases, reorganization of the OS teams, re-design of our customer service models and processes, training of our teams, and sourcing and implementation of new technology platforms and customer engagement tools. As such, each OS team needs many types of support to enable these changes: strategy refinement; change program definition and management; investment case definition; stakeholder management; and change management. The Operations Services Excellence Team (OSXT) provides these and other forms of support to all teams within Operations Services.Your role will be part of the Ops & Workplace Tribe, specifically the Meetings & events squad. The role of this squad includes developing and enhancing applications for the Meetings & Events function, as well as integrating and configuring third party applications. This squad supports the Global Leadership team and end users by partnering in the delivery of enabling technologies, innovative technical solutions, change management efforts, and provision of data to help run the business. This role will join a dynamic global team with a focus on Meetings & Events digital solutions and primarily support the Cvent suite of products and 6Connex.
