Job Overview

We are urgently recruiting a Quality Control Operative for a busy horticultural production site in Hellaby. This is a fast-paced role requiring previous QC experience and a strong eye for detail. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Shifts

• Monday-Friday | Occasional Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Quality inspection of raw materials and finished products

• Ensuring products meet horticultural and company quality standards

• Completing quality checks and documentation accurately

• Identifying and reporting non-conforming products

• Working closely with production teams

• Following quality control procedures at all times

Essential Requirements

• Previous Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience (essential)

• Strong attention to detail

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• High accuracy in inspections and paperwork

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early starts
