Experience- Previous experience in mental health for 6 months with children.
- Experience working specifically within Residential Children's Homes
- Experience working with children with trauma, Emotional and Behavioural needs, autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
- Flexibility to travel up to 1 hour to homes around the locality
- Availability for both day and night shifts
- Full ETW in the UK for full time hours (no 20 hour restrictions)
- Car Driver
We are looking for compassionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Car Driver with flexible availability for travel.
- Proven experience in residential childcare, specifically supporting children with complex needs.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the update service and Overseas Police Clearance if applicable.
- Mandatory training certificate.
- Right to Work in the UK without restrictions.
- Competitive hourly rates: Day shifts £15.35, Waking Nights £16.88, Sleeps £57.02 flat rate.
