What You'll Need
To ensure the highest standard of care, we require all applicants to meet the following criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months professional experience working specifically with adults in a Mental Health or Challenging Behavior setting.
Mobility: You must have a valid UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Resilience: A calm approach to high-pressure situations and the ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
Compliance & Documentation
Before starting, you must be able to provide:
Enhanced DBS: (Preferably on the Update Service).
Overseas Police Check (OSPC): Required if you have lived abroad within the last 5 years.
Mandatory Training: Evidence of up-to-date certificates (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, PMVA/MAPA preferred).
