Position: Support Worker
Location: Egremont (CA22/CA28)
Pay: £14.00- 16.00 per hour
The Role: Supporting young adults with autism and sensory impairments in a domestic-style setting. The goal is to promote independence, help with life skills (cooking, budgeting), and accompany clients to appointments.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in an elderly residential setting.
- A compassionate, patient-centric "people person" attitude.
- Enhanced Adult DBS (Update Service preferred).
- Ability to work a rotating 4-on shift pattern.
- Completed mandatory training and PMVA
- Flexible availability to work across different shifts and locations.
- Must have a full UK Driving License for community access.
- No sponsorship available; must have unrestricted RTW.
