Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8am to 3:30pm), TBC
Pay Grade: £13.26 per hour

About the Role: ...

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Roadworker to join our Highways team. In this role, you will assist with essential maintenance of road gullies to help prevent flooding on public highways. You'll be working as part of a dedicated team committed to keeping our roads safe and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Support road gully maintenance operations
Operate vehicles and machinery as required (must hold a clean driving licence)
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Comply with relevant health and safety procedures, including Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS) assessments

Requirements:

Clean driving licence (essential)
Experience in highways or maintenance work is desirable
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
LGV licence holder preferred
