They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team overseeing 2-3 projects in the Colchester region.Start Date: ImmediateEmployment Type: PermanentDuties and responsibilities will include:* Reporting to the Managing Director and being responsible for the overseeing of all projects, from start through to completion.*To ensure that work is completed on time and within its budget. Health and safety issues will be a top priority in the role, as will managing client expectations.* Understand all aspects of the contracting process, and earthwork package requirements - plus good commercial sense is a must.* To establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people and use your own initiative and make your own decisions as well.* The candidate will need to be well-organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
