Projects will be based around London and the Southeast working on district energy scheme refurbishments, on occupied housing project. Immediate position for the right candidate. Services will include CHP, district energy, HIU and plumbing installation. As the Plumbing Site Manager you will have the following duties and responsibilities:Procurement of subcontractors, materials and plant.Ensuring the projects is completed according to schedule and budget.Planning to make sure the projects completed are profitable.Carry out any duties required to allow the successful growth of the division.The role will be full contract management of construction through to commissioning.Good communication skills are key for this role as you will be required to present and justify the approach taken to senior management, contractors and consultants. This role is with the Southern region who's Head Office is based in Kent. They are currently looking to employ a Site Manager for a new phase of 80 traditional build units as part of a large ongoing project with a number of phases to be built. Reporting into a Regional Contract manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the programme, managing the day to day procedures associated with a new build project.
