We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor who will be responsible for managing and further developing our clients EHS Management system. ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and development of ISO 45001 & ISO14001 as an Integrated Management system.Developing and administering procedures to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislative requirements and corporate Environmental and Health & Safety policy.Conducting and reviewing risk assessments and ensuring measures to control risks are implemented and monitored for Client activities across all client sites.Maintaining systems of auditing in accordance with current Environmental & Health and Safety legislation, Corporate procedures and the relevant standards.Maintaining records and systems necessary to fulfil health and safety policy including those containing confidential information in an appropriate manner.Producing professional reports as required relating to matters of environmental health and safety management. Well established firm of Surveyors are seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team. Their offices are based in a rural location on the Kent/Sussex border. They current sub out their structural design work and this role will be to bring this work in house and eventually to grow a structural design division for the company. Projects are very varied and include plenty of work for large big name contractors including care homes, residential blocks, new builds , schools and refurbishments. You should be an experienced structural engineer, both technically hands on and happy to design yourself, as well as business savvy with a desire to grow a team around you in the future.
