The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional providing high-level support to the Sales Director and senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales department. This position is a Temp to Perm opportunity, offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or sales administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience with tendering processes, bid coordination and managing compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new order systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and confident communication skills.
- Available for an immediate start pending checks.
Responsibilities
- Direct Support: Act as the primary administrative lead for the Sales Director and senior stakeholders.
- CRM & Data: Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy, including pipeline updates and client records.
- Tender Management: Lead the creation, formatting and submission of high-quality tender documents.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders and accurately upload customer quotes within the system.
- Diary Management: Coordinate complex schedules and meetings to ensure team productivity.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams, external partners and customers.
- Compliance: Manage complex processes and ensure all documentation meets formal governance requirements.
