Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Utilise modern lab facilities to perform practical demonstrations that bring theory to life.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a safe and productive environment for all learners.
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging.
- Support the school's ethos of "Achievement for All," helping students of all levels reach their potential.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A proven track record of teaching Science at the secondary school level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students in the Shoeburyness area.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to undergo a check).
