About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' understanding of the world around them and nurturing their scientific inquiry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 teaching depending on your experience and specialism.
- Creating a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and a love for scientific exploration.
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of Science teachers, sharing best practices and contributing to departmental development.
About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS with a specialisation in Science.
- Child DBS on the update service
- You possess a strong understanding of the Science curriculum and a passion for making science engaging and accessible to all students.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- You are dedicated to fostering a love of learning and inspiring students to reach their full potential in the sciences.
