The Role: Science Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Science Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), specialising in a relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Science curriculum to students of various abilities.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
- Manage and maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized learning environment, including the proper use and care of laboratory equipment.
- Contribute to the development of the departmental curriculum, resources, and schemes of work.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs.
- Foster a love of science and encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a spirit of inquiry in all students.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who is not just a teacher, but a true subject enthusiast and a positive role model.
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a relevant degree in a Science subject.
- Proven experience teaching Secondary Science, with a successful track record in improving student outcomes.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage behavior effectively.
- Strong commitment to collaborative working, sharing best practice, and contributing positively to the school community.
- Enthusiasm for using innovative teaching methods and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
