We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher to deliver the curriculum with enthusiasm and expertise, primarily teaching Key Stage 3 (General Science) and specialising in a particular discipline (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) at Key Stage 4 (GCSE).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and practical-focused science lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Set and mark student work, providing constructive, timely feedback that drives improvement and tracks student attainment.
• Promote and enforce high standards of health and safety within the science labs and classrooms.
• Mentor and guide students through practical coursework, investigations, and examination preparation.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review cycles, and whole-school professional development initiatives.
• Organize and lead extracurricular science clubs, trips, or activities to enrich the learning experience.

We need a talented educator who is passionate about their subject and committed to student success.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognized international equivalent.
• Possess a strong academic background and degree in a Science subject.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve excellent student results and inspire a high level of engagement in Science.
• An organized, energetic individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, including staying updated with new developments in science education and pedagogy.
