About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH.
- Implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to help students meet their learning objectives.
- Using your skills and training to support positive behaviour and create a calm, focused atmosphere for learning.
- Fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where every child feels secure and able to succeed.
- Assisting with the development of social skills and promoting positive interactions with peers.

- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
