πResponsibilitiesπ
- π Develop and implement personalised education plans that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN, ensuring access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
- π€ Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to create a cohesive support network that promotes the holistic development and well-being of students.
- π Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and supported in reaching their full potential.
- πΌ Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and sensory needs, promoting meaningful engagement and participation.
- π Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes, providing regular feedback, assessments, and reports to track individual achievements and areas for growth.
πRequirementsπ
- π« Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- π Specialisation in SEN or additional qualifications in special education is preferred.
- π Previous experience working with students with SEN and a genuine passion for supporting their educational and emotional needs.
- π€ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
