An eager Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant is required for a part-time role in a Bradford school, catering to children aged 2 to 19 in diverse classroom settings from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in schools with SEN pupils or similar transferable skills.
- Demonstrate patience, passion, and professionalism.
- Manage children with challenging behaviour.
- Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness.
- Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils.
- Experience with small groups and 1:1.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a school environment.
- Willingness to undergo necessary training.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
- Team player.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
