We're looking for an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant for a part-time role in a Bradford school, serving children aged 2 to 19 across various classroom settings from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4. If you're dedicated to nurturing the potential in each child, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in schools with SEN students or relevant transferable skills.
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage children with challenging behaviours.
- Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective behaviour management and establishment of positive learning relationships with SEN students.
- Experience working with small groups and providing 1:1 support.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
- Willingness to undergo required training.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
- Team player mentality.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
