What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including those with Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Support pupils' independence, communication, and behaviour in line with school approaches
- Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals to meet individual student needs
- Help foster an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in SEN or related settings
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to promoting pupil wellbeing and development
- Willingness to learn and undertake training as needed
- DBS clearance or willingness to apply
