Senior Project Manager
Randstad is working with an award winning architectural consultancy in the search for a Senior Project Manager to join the design team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior PM will work closely with the Project Director and lead the design of complex residential and hospitality projects in the UAE & KSA.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project service delivery.
- Attend client meetings and technical meetings chaired by the client's project management team.
- Set up project administration and financial processes in line with company management systems and project requirements.
- Ensure service delivery adheres to project agreements/contracts and achieves financial objectives.
- Brief project team members on project scope, objectives, and design basis.
- Prepare and revise project team organizational structures.
- Appoint and brief necessary sub-consultants.
- Execute day-to-day project management.
- prepare project progress reports.
- Prepare and revise project schedules.
- Monitor resources and generate resource planning data.
- Prepare design changes and manage changes with clients.
- Update project risk registers and review them with the Managing Director or Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
- Prepare project execution plans and project quality plans, and monitor the delivery of project services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of overall experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE.
Architectural/Civil or Project Management degree.
Strong knowledge of resource management and procurement strategies.
- Previous experience with a multi-discipline design consultancy firm
Strong knowledge of UAE authorities' requirements and approval procedures
Compulsory project experience: Minimum of 8 years as a PM Consultant on major UAE or KSA projects.
General knowledge of Structural and MEP systems.
