A major UK infrastructure project based in Isleworth is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
About the Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. You'll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with project directors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success across key packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor across multiple civil engineering packages.
- Provide expert commercial guidance on procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Oversee cost forecasting, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure project targets are met.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong civil engineering background across water and energy.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
