We need a proactive and organised Site Manager to keep our school running smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for the daily upkeep, security, and operational needs of our premises.
What you'll do:
Manage all site maintenance (buildings, grounds, facilities).
Ensure school security, including access and alarm systems.
Oversee health and safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors and manage their work.
Manage cleaning services and maintain high standards.
Handle site-related budgets.
Support school events.
Respond to urgent site issues.
What you'll need:
Proven experience as a Site Manager (school experience preferred).
Valid CSCS card.
Valid SMSTS certificate.
Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
An Enhanced DBS check is essential.
Strong knowledge of health and safety.
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
