Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the construction site, including health and safety, quality control, and programme adherence.
- Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors, and trades.
- Regularly monitoring project progress against the agreed programme and budget.
- Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety standards on site.
- Managing all site logistics, materials, and plant.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings.
- Maintaining comprehensive site records and documentation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Valid CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
