Job Title: Social Worker - SafeGuarding Hub
Location: Cumbria
Salary: £50 per hour
Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Responsibilities:
... - Undertake a duty function, responding promptly to safeguarding concerns raised by the public or professionals.
- Conduct MASH assessments on children at risk of harm, ensuring timely interventions.
- Engage in 1:1 and group supervision sessions for ongoing support and professional development.
- Contribute to team meetings, actively participating in the development and improvement of our safeguarding practices.
- Collaborate with partners to build effective relationships, fostering a culture of safeguarding excellence within the SG Hub.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Registration with Social Work England
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding the highest standards of social work practice.
