As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.
If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Position description / Job description- Provide individualized support to university students facing mental health challenges, using online and in-person methods.
- Specialize in supporting neurodiverse learners.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive student support.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have completed 6 National Autistic Society Modules and hold NAS Certification (or are willing to obtain it).
- You are a member of a relevant professional body (BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA).
- You hold a postgraduate qualification in mental health, counseling, or a related field (highly desirable).
- You have demonstrable experience supporting students with mental health needs.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You are committed to providing high-quality student support.
