To be considered for this crucial role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Membership of a relevant professional body (BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA).
- Completion of 6 National Autistic Society Modules (non-medical helper package).
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with mental health needs or disabilities.
- NAS Certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
A relevant postgraduate qualification in mental health, counseling, or a related field is highly desirable.
