Randstad Student Support is actively seeking compassionate and highly skilled Specialist Mentors to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the organization, directly impacting student success.
Position description / Job description- Provide individualized academic and well-being support to students.
- Assist students with time management, organization, and stress reduction.
- Build students' confidence and guide them towards independence.
- Maintain detailed student records and adhere to the DfE framework.
- Foster a supportive and confidential environment for students.
- Conduct both in-person and online support sessions.
- Collaborate with the Randstad Student Support team.
- Contribute to the overall success and well-being of students.
We're looking for you, if:
- Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA.
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with mental health needs or disabilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to student success and well-being.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantage).
