Responsibilities:

Produce precise and readable notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (handwritten or typed, as needed).
Review notes post-lecture to ensure accessibility.
Maintain a professional demeanor and relationship with the student.
Prioritise student needs while adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Randstad to address student concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality, sharing relevant information to optimise student support.

Requirements:

Great typing skills
Impeccable spelling and grammar
Punctuality and dependability
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills
Personal laptop for note-taking and email delivery to students
