We offer: £28 + £3.38 accrued holiday pay, flexible hours, and support in completing NAS training modules.
Working hours: Part-time, flexible hours
Postgraduate qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, AFHEA or equivalent).
As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.
If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £210 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Expectations / Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- Postgraduate qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, AFHEA or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of neurodiverse needs.
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals (preferred but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to person-centered care.
- Willingness to complete NAS training modules (support provided).
