Key Responsibilities
... - Lesson Delivery: Teach pre-planned lessons across different year groups, ensuring that the high standards of the school are maintained.
- Classroom Atmosphere: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment using the school's behaviour and reward systems.
- Feedback & Handover: Provide thorough marking for the work completed and leave a concise report for the permanent teacher to ensure a seamless transition.
- Student Engagement: Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of the students in Grays, ensuring every child can access the curriculum.
- Reliability: Be a dependable presence in the school, arriving on time for morning briefings and contributing to the school's daily routine.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a valid UK teaching qualification.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the current National Curriculum (Primary or Secondary).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
- Compliance: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
