🧠What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to children with emotional and behavioral needs.
- Work closely with mental health professionals to implement care and support plans.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that empowers each child's wellbeing and independence.
- Adapt quickly to different settings - from schools to residential or community-based care.
✅ What You Bring:
- Minimum 6 months of UK experience as a mental health support worker.
- Experience working specifically with children or young people.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - current and valid.
- Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (Full-time).
- A UK Driving Licence - travel flexibility is a must!
- A naturally flexible approach - you're ready for day, night, or weekend shifts.
