- Experience in supporting adults with disabilities is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
- A driving license is preferred due to the rural location of some service users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Support Worker, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting individuals with their daily needs and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. A typical day might include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Preparing meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Supporting individuals in accessing community resources and engaging in social activities.
- Administering medication as prescribed.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team.
