We are looking for support workers to Provide 2:1 support to a young male with learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting with daily activities and community integration as part of his education plan. This is a crucial role requiring a car driver to facilitate travel.
- Shift Pattern - 9:00 - 17:00 weekdays
- Paye rate: £15.35
- Immediate starts available
Requirments
6 months min experience in a similar support worker role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
Patience, empathy, and understanding ❤️
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
Strong problem-solving skills 💡
