This academy is a vibrant, all-girls learning community in the heart of London, consistently rated 'Outstanding' in every category by Ofsted. They pride on a culture where students work hard, are kind, and take responsibility. This is a rare opportunity to teach in an environment where disruption is minimal, and the love for scholarship is high.
What We Are Looking For
A Subject Expert: You should have a deep love for the French language and Francophone culture, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (A-Level experience is a plus).
High Expectations: We believe there are "no shortcuts to success." You will need to maintain our high standards for student effort, uniform, and punctuality.
Effective Classroom Manager: You should be adept at following established routines to ensure a calm, focused, and productive learning atmosphere.
A Supportive Colleague: You will be joining a "family" of educators who support one another and share a mission to transform lives through education.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality French lessons that challenge students of all abilities.
Foster a love of language through clear instruction and cultural enrichment.
Implement the academy's "uncompromising but caring" behaviour policy.
Work collaboratively with the MFL lead to ensure continuity for our students.
Why Teach With Us?
Exceptional Students: Teach motivated young women who are ambitious and eager to learn.
Supportive Environment: Benefit from a school that takes workload seriously and provides a highly structured platform for teaching.
Outstanding Facilities: Work in a modern building with excellent resources in a central, accessible London location
