We are actively recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic schools across the Birkenhead area.

What We're Looking For?
We need proactive and professional individuals with a commitment to supporting young people. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or young adults in a professional or voluntary capacity. Experience with SEN, or specific needs like PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), is highly valued.
- Skills: A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to a variety of classroom situations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment: A strong dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
- DBS: A clear enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for all roles.
Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Classroom Support: Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks, ensuring students have the resources they need to learn.
- 1:1 and Group Support: Working closely with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide tailored assistance.
- Pastoral Care: Helping to support student's emotional well-being and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Behaviour Management: Assisting with the implementation of school behaviour policies to ensure a safe and productive learning space for everyone.
